My Booking is a convenient tool to modify or cancel your reservation, as well as a possibility to purchase additional services of FLY ONE.

FLY ONE airlines offers to its passenger opportunity to use new and comfortable on-line service My Booking on the official web site www.flyone.md main page. My Booking is a convenient tool to modify or cancel your reservation, as well as a possibility to purchase additional services of FLY ONE.

Additional services of FLY ONE (checked baggage payment not included in the Free Baggage allowance, advance seat reservation, special meal “FLY MENU” order, “Trip Guarantee” service) with My Booking is available for:

  • passangers bought tickets on the official web site of FLY ONE www.flyone.md and paid not only by credit cards but also via QIWI – electronic payment system
  • passengers bought tickets through the travel agencies (as in the tickets offices as on their web sites) as in the Republic of Moldova as abroad, but with the condition that tickets has been issued in Global Reservation System (GRS) Sirena-Travel – inventory system of FLY ONE airline.
  • Date of travel change in the issued ticket is available in My Booking at the moment only for the passengers who bought ticktes on the official web site www.flyone.md and paid by credit card. For the tickets bought on the official web site www.flyone.md and paid via electronic payment system QIWI the date of travel change is not available for the moment.

    Booking cancellation (refund procedure) of the issued ticket in My Booking available at the moment only for the passengers whose bought tickets on the official web site of FLY ONE www.flyone.md and paid not only by credit card but also via electronic payment system QIWI. This procedure is automated but in some cases the Passenger will be required to provide additional information in written for the finalization of refund procedure according to requirements from the “Customer Service” team of FLY ONE.

    For the Passengers who bought tickets in the travel agencies (as in their ticket offices as on their web sites) in Republic of Moldova and abroad with the condition that this ticket has been issued by Global Reservation System (GRS) Sirena-Travel, refund procedures service is not available. According to the General Rules of FLY ONE and industrial rules the refund procedures is available only at the place where ticket has been bought. In this case My Booking service will be able only to cancel seats in the passenger’s name record but the refund is not available.
