FLYONE airline informs you that we are introducing new options to communicate with our customers and partners. Our new ways of communication will significantly improve our services and communication experience with FLYONE's representatives.

First of all, we would like to inform you that our web site is the main source of information about company's services and news. You are able to find, all the information regarding our services, regulations and general transport rules in FLYONE and INFO compartments. Also, FLYONE has created a list with the most frequent questions. In addition, FLYONE provides an opportunity to contact us via e-mail by completing the feedback form.

Starting from 29 October FLYONE’ introduces a new voice information service about our services and rules. The service is free of charge by contacting the phone number (022) 100 003.

At the same time, we inform you that in order to contact a call center operator, a special line has been created at 090599999. In this regard, we inform you that national incoming calls from mobile and fixed networks, to this number will be charged. Please be informed that call to the premium rate number are charged with 60 MDL per minute. Continuing the call will constitute the subscriber's agreement to pay the specified fee.
