FLYONE Announces New Baggage Policy

FLYONE announces that starting from October 14, a new baggage policy will be introduced for simplifying our allowance system and providing greater convenience and customer benefit while enhancing the travel experience. FLYONE passengers will be offered the possibility to travel either with a piece of hand baggage or to choose the second carry-on bag.From October 14, 2019 each passenger is entitled to travel with one free hand baggage of up to 40x30x20cm. Passengers who purchased FLYONE PRIORITY service will be allowed to board with a second larger bag up to 10 kg and 50x40x25cm.In addition, FLYONE introduces new types of checked baggage from October:  a small bag up to 10 kg (€15)  a standard bag up to 20 kg (€ 20)  a big bag up to 30 kg (€ 30).According to the new rules, customers can choose from a wider range of options, which are in line with the company strategy of enhancing travel experiences according to individual preferences and needs. FLYONE CONTINUES TO EXPAND ITS FLEET AND BECOMES THE LARGEST AIRBUS OPERATOR IN MOLDOVA

FLYONE is expanding its fleet with an aircraft Airbus A320. With a total of 5 aircraft from the Airbus family, the company has become the largest Airbus operator in the Republic of Moldova. The new aircraft, like the other three aircraft owned by FLYONE of the A320 family, was produced in 2008. Therefore, FLYONE is operating the youngest fleet in the Republic of Moldova. The new Airbus A320 is the airline's fifth aircraft with the registration number ER-00005.The aircraft landed at Chisinau International Airport on Thursday, June 20th, at 09:57. Traditionally, besides the registration number, the aircraft has also been given the name ORHEI. Thus, FLYONE continues the tradition of promoting Moldovan towns.Mircea MALECA, CEO of the company mentioned: "The purchase of these two aircraft is part of the company's development strategy that started in 2016. FLYONE is expanding its fleet by adding an aircraft Airbus A320!

The new aircraft, similarly to the existing aircraft owned by FLYONE, was manufactured in 2008 and makes FLYONE the airline with the youngest fleet in the Republic of Moldova. The new Airbus A320 is the airline's fourth aircraft and was assigned with the registration number ER-00004. The aircraft landed at Chisinau International Airport Sunday, May 26, at 11: 40, and the event was welcomed by a traditional water cannon salute. Traditionally, besides the registration number, the aircraft has been given the name COMRAT continuing to promote Moldovan cities across the globe. Mircea MALECA, CEO of the company mentioned, "The fact that we have the youngest fleet in the Republic of Moldova is the result of our commitment to passengers and it makes us feel proud of this achievement.
